Malcolm seems to have been extremely traumatized by his childhood experience and his dad being murdered.

And then seems to be essentially extremely vigiliant and suspicious of the [trigger], that is, white people.

He never seemed to move on from his dads murder, and the fact that he basically just had one mom that was mentally ill.

I dont know much about malcom X, but he seems to have had some ptsd and a plethora of other mental issues.

And he seems to have filled a deep void in his heart with drugs, and then his extremism.

"Malcolm never distinguishes between victimless crime (drugs, bootlegging, prostitution, gambling) and regular crime (burglary, robbery). For him, it’s all “hustling” – one person preying on another."

Malcolm seems more self aware than you. The vice industries you mention do have lots of victims, Malcolm himself being one of them! Getting someone to "consent" to things that harm them is as much preying on them as sticking them up.

"Imagine if Malcolm had stayed sober, stuck to victimless crime, and conservatively invested his money. "

And yet this rarely happens. It's almost as if living in a world that prey's on human vice and weakness and leaves shattered people in its wake tends both to attract and imbue a certain ethos in people.

Malcolm X is certainly a terrible human being (you would probably love him as an immigrant), but its amazing how little your learning from this story.
