This Saturday, I’ll be at LibertyCon 2024 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC. I’m doing four panels:

1. “Is Globalization Worth Defending?” with Jo Jorgenson and Deirdre McCloskey.

   Time: 9:05am - 9:35am.

   Location: Main Stage

2. “NIMBYs vs. Backyard Pools: Why We Can’t Have Nice Things” with Stephen Kent, Joshua Bandoch, and David Preston.

   Time: 10:40am - 11:15am

   Location: Room B

3. “Homeowners Don’t Know What They Don’t Know: Deregulating Housing” with Luca Gattoni-Celli, Joshua Bandoch, and Tony Lopes.

   Time: 2:40pm - 3:15pm

   Location: Room B

4. “Taking Your Job and Doing It Better Than You: Should AI Be Regulated?” with Jessica Melugin, Connor Boyack, and Tony Lopes.

   Time: 3:20pm - 3:55pm

   Location: Room D

I am also hosting two unofficial Bet On It events at LibertyCon.

1. Lunch. Want to join me for lunch? Great, I love lunch! We’ll leave from the main lobby promptly at 11:45 AM and eat nearby. We’ll figure out the location based on the size of the group. Also happy to signs books while we chat, including my latest, You Will Not Stampede Me: Essays on Non-Conformism.

2. Ask Me Anything. Somewhere at LibertyCon from 1:30-2:30 PM. There are supposed to be spaces available for impromptu events. I’ll post the exact location here as soon as I know it, but that probably won’t be until Saturday.
